Weeks 8-10 of this program is designed for anyone who is crunched on time but looking to get stronger and increase lean muscle mass. Each week it features 2 days (with an optional 3rd day) of whole body resistance training. One day focuses on stimulating muscular growth while the other day focuses on developing muscular strength. Every fourth week is a down week to prevent overtraining/injury/burnout. After completion of the beginner or intermediate program, individuals can move up to the next level and complete an additional 10 weeks.
