Shipping policy

Please Note: Our supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the USA, as well as Puerto Rico & APO/FPO military addresses. Orders $99+ get free shipping to 48 Continental USA States and orders $200+ get free shipping to non continental USA and outer territories including Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US virgin Islands, Armed forced Pacific. Checkout value & paid amount must equal $99 or more in order to qualify for free shipping.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
• We ship Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm EST, excluding holidays.
• Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped. We also offer a Flat Rate fee, which will be shipped at the lowest cost.
• Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
• All prices listed are in USD.
• Every order placed will be shipped separately with a separate shipping label. Orders cannot be combined after order is placed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow at least 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you are subscribed to our SMS list, you will receive a shipping text confirmation.
