Founder & Chief Science Officer, Simply Good Supplements

Matt is a research scientist and endurance athlete with a passion for simplifying complex science into practical solutions for health, performance, and longevity. As the founder of Simply Good Supplements, he leads with a no‑BS approach to supplement formulation; only clinically‑dosed ingredients, no gimmicks, and no fluff.

With a background in exercise physiology and nutritional biochemistry, Matt’s research focuses on ergogenic aids, recovery strategies, and optimizing human performance through targeted supplementation. His work has been featured in peer‑reviewed journals and has helped shape practical strategies for both elite athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts.

When he’s not deep in the data or fine‑tuning formulations, you’ll find him running trails, biking gravel, or nerding out over VO₂ max calculators. His mission is simple: make supplements that actually work and use the profits to support the trails we all love.
