How long does it take loaded to work?

Generally speaking, when taken everyday you will start to notice benefits after 20-28 days. This is typically how long it takes for muscle creatine and beta-alanine (carnosine) stores to become saturated.

Why does my skin tingle after taking LOADED?

Will this product make me gain weight?

I just started taking SGS over the last 4 weeks. I started with the pre-workout and Loaded, as I was looking to add creatine back into my supplements. I noticed a difference in my strength training after about two weeks on Loaded, as my recovery picked up and I was able to have consistent workouts, which led to some noticeable gains! Regarding the pre-workout, I like how the dosage is slightly smaller than my old pre-workout and the flavor is much more mild. I immediately noticed I was able to operate at a higher HR when I took the pre-workout about 30-40 minutes prior to my workout. On run training days, I mix the Loaded and pre-workout and take them all at the same time! Looking forward to continuing on the pre-workout when my ultra training really picks up next year!
