Is this really the only pre-workout I need?
We think so! Our pre-workout addresses all areas of improving performance regardless of your sport or activity…energy, focus, drive, endurance, strength, power, delayed fatigue, mind/muscle connection. What more do you need…in one word…nothing.
Why isn’t there creatine and beta-alanine?
Creatine and beta-alanine are two ingredients that need to be loaded (taken everyday) to be effective. They have no immediate benefit and therefore really don’t belong in a pre-workout where the point is to have the performance enhancing effects kick in immediately. That’s also why we developed our LOADED product that contains both creatine and beta-alanine, which can be stacked with our pre workout or taken separately everyday.
Should I take this pre-workout everyday?
While you certainly can, we generally recommend taking it on your moderate to hard days, and skip using it on your easy days.
How much caffeine is in it?
Between the caffeine anhydrous and dicaffeine malate there is 215mg of caffeine….the equivalent of a cup and a half of coffee.. General recommendations for caffeine dosage to improve performance is 3-6mg per kg body weight. Our dose is the perfect amount for most individuals who want to boost their workout without getting some of the negative effects of larger amounts of caffeine (jitters, anxiousness, nausea).

How To Take
Pre-Workout is best mixed with 10-12 ounces of water and taken 20-30 minutes before exercise. It is not recommended to take shortly before going to sleep. Because our pre-workout contains efficacious doses of ingredients, it is recommended that new users first try a half serving to assess tolerance.
