Can Creatine Help Long COVID Fatigue?

Everyone participated in a supervised rehabilitation exercise program three times per week.

What Happened?

The researchers measured fatigue using the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale, a validated questionnaire commonly used in fatigue research.

Is Creatine Safe for People with Long COVID?
